Shout out's!!

Hi Everyone ,
What a great week it has been so far!! This heat though wow, everyone stay nice and cool and hydrated. I just wanted to touch base with everyone. I've decided I will be doing regular Blog posts to help you stay motivated and even just to give you hints and tips to help you along the way. Probably also because I think it's important to stay in touch with you all!! :)
So proud of my clients this week!!
Really starting to see some great results as they begin to pull in their nutrition and stay committed to their training. Big shout out this week to some amazing results Karen,Ali and Katrina awesome weight loss!! Stay focussed guys you are smashing it!! So awesome to see some PB'S also, with increased strength and little goals also being smashed. Big shout out to Louise "Training with the Trainer"!! Second session in and she is giving it her all, keeping up with me and pushing through those barriers. I'm excited to also have someone to train with who will push me too.!!! There's not too many people willing to work out at that hour of the morning. lol :) As you all know i have just completed a 12 week challenge myself.
